I could not find a special hose needed to convert my propane tanks to a larger set up and the young lady literally looked for parts to build me a hose and the young man assembled the hose in front of me and sold it for a good price !! Its nice to have a good R V store in town , thank you jim willis

We had an absolutely great experience with OGRVS! We are currently traveling through the US in a Road Bear rental RV and needed a leaking kitchen sink drain repaired as well as a rock chip in the windshield. They were incredibly flexible and managed to fit us in the same day at a time that worked perfectly with our travel route. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and both issues were fixed quickly and professionally. What made the experience even better was that they handled the communication and payment directly with Road Bear, so we didn’t have to take care of anything ourselves. Excellent service all around. OGRV just installed this week a RoadMaster flat tow system on my new Motorhome and Jeep. They did a great job and communicated with me daily keeping me up to speed on the progress of the job.

these guys were great - between hydraulic repairs for my stabilizer jacks to diagnosing and fixing battery issues I was having, and discussing future work. they worked with las trucks to get my RV in after engine work, making things even easier for me. I will come back whenever I need anything first, they really are that good

Zack and his team at Off Grid RV Services are fantastic. I bought an RV in WA and was preparing to bring it back to AK when I began having problems with my generator. I called Zack and asked if he could get me in short notice. He warned me that he was back logged with work, but he would do his best to help. I showed up later in the day and Zack dropped what he was doing to have a look at my rig. He quickly diagnosed the problem (fuel pump failure). I wasn’t expecting that he’d be able to do much more than that with all the other jobs he had in his shop. But he located a pump and had had me back in business within a couple hours. We’re back in AK now and the generator hasn’t missed a beat. This kind of customer service and commitment is exceptional and noteworthy. I’d highly recommend OGRVS to anyone. Thank you Zack!!! Gage & Zach are knowledgeable about RV repair and preventative maintenance and do great work. I had a list of items fixed including slide out issues, kitchen faucet replacement, AC serviced, hydraulic system serviced, minor fiberglass repair, toilet issue, new decal on exterior, water pump replaced, etc. All were completed at a fair price. I highly recommend OGRVS for all your RV work.

Replaced a slider mechanism that failed in the field and required physical force to close. We were concerned as we had a major trip planned in just 10 days and most RV shops are very busy at this time of year. They were listed as being in Longview, a short drive from our home. I gave them a call and the guys at OGRVS were on top of it just like that. We were able to drop our trailer later that day and with that and a copy of our Grand Design extended warranty, Zach and team were ready to go. After 3 business days, it was done.

OUTSTANDING! After a bad experience with Rainier RV. Thousands of dollars spent on a refrigerator, not repaired, sent me to OGRVS. OGRV went above and beyond to get the repairs done within a few hours. OGRVS value their customers. OGRVS have excellent professional knowledge with all aspects of RV maintenance and repairs. These guys know their stuff. You won't be disappointed!

After reading their 4 and 5 star reviews, I made the 50 mile trip from Portland to have my Onan 3600 LP Generator serviced. As a very new Rver, Zach was patience and took lots of time to listen, as well as explain their services and possible upgrades. I really appreciate that Zach didn't try to push services that I didn't need. Definitely felt comfortable using OGRVS for future service or upgrades.
